Boat entry and exit; The reef is marked by four 'pallet ball' buoys (Far North, East, South and West) with GPS positions to help locate the structure. Boat access only, roughly 2 km offshore from Frankston in Port Phillip Bay; No shore access. Nearest boat ramps would be at Frankston or Seaford.
